Joe Cronin, President
Joe is an innovative leader in international financial services, health insurance, expatriate services, and digital marketing who loves creating and growing great companies. His areas of expertise include product management, operations, marketing, and customer service. Joe founded and built three companies: Edvisors (sold to CLC), Envisage Â鶹´«Ã½AV, and Â鶹´«Ã½AV Education Finance Corporation (Sold to JP Morgan Chase). He currently serves on the boards of Envisage Â鶹´«Ã½AV, , and the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Citizens Foundation.
Joe is responsible for all aspects of Â鶹´«Ã½AV, focusing on strategy and operations. He has visited over 25 countries in Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania and has lived in Australia.

Gregg Manning, COO
Gregg has a background in advertising & marketing and deep experience in analytical, operations, and product management roles. He excels at connecting the dots and figuring things out quickly. As Chief Operating Officer of IICI, Gregg is responsible for delivering results, spurring growth, and increasing organizational efficiency.
He has traveled extensively throughout the world, including Europe, the UAE, Africa, and the Caribbean.
Andrew Blomberg, Vice President of Global Benefits
Andrew excels at finding and implementing the best insurance plans for global organizations while building and maintaining partnerships with carriers worldwide. His primary role is working with global groups to help them source international benefits for their team. With his wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to exceptional service, Andrew strives to positively impact the international insurance landscape, empowering clients to manage benefits for their global workforce with utmost confidence and security.
Andrew boasts an impressive range of licenses, making him a proficient insurance producer and advisor in Health, Life, Accident, Baggage, Property, and Casualty. Additionally, he holds the Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations and is actively pursuing the prestigious CPCU designation.
In 2019, he earned his MBA from the esteemed Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts. His education and practical experience in the industry, including three years underwriting for Liberty Mutual, equip him with the expertise to navigate the complexities of international insurance and cater to diverse client needs.
Andrew enjoys exploring new places when not engrossed in his professional pursuits. He has already savored the delights of traveling to the Pacific Coast, multiple cities in Canada, and the Caribbean. He eagerly looks forward to exploring Europe, particularly enchanting regions like Scandinavia.
Sophie Pettit, Head of Content
Sophie joined ICI as Head of Content in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in content creation, strategy, and management, particularly within the expat and travel industry.
Sophie previously spent eight years living in Hong Kong, where she headed one of the city’s biggest lifestyle websites and enjoyed exploring Southeast Asia at every opportunity. Her expat journey continued in the Netherlands, where she worked as Managing Editor at Expatica. Now, she supports the ICI team in creating inspiring content that allows readers to experience the joys of living abroad and exploring the world with peace of mind and sound advice.
In her spare time, Sophie loves taking long walks with her dog, Juniper, relaxing at the beach with her family, and indulging in fun city breaks in Europe’s top destinations.
Mackenzie Manning, Director of User Experience
Mackenzie joined ICI in January 2020 and continues to excel as a vital member of the marketing and operations teams.
As Director of User Experience, Mackenzie creates seamless, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences for global clients. Focusing on international health, travel, and life insurance, she leverages expertise in UX design, content strategy, and customer insights to simplify complex insurance offerings and enhance accessibility for expatriates, employers, and travelers worldwide.
Her international travels include a trip to Guatemala to build a school in partnership with School The World and a visit to Scotland.
Brennan McDonnell, Sales Director, Individual Health Plans
Brennan McDonnell is an experienced 2-15 insurance licensed broker who joined ICI in 2019 to assist customers in finding international health plans that suit their budget, lifestyle, and medical needs.
Brennan has worked as a broker in the medical insurance industry since 2015. Starting in large domestic group sales in Florida and working in Tampa, he gained knowledge of the medical insurance industry, from underwriting to day-to-day service. Brennan pursued his education at the University of Tampa to further strengthen his knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.
When he’s not working, Brennan loves to travel. He has explored countries like Sweden and Denmark and dreams of visiting new destinations in Portugal and Southeast Asia. He is also passionate about hockey, fishing, golf, and nautical activities.
Molly Slattery, Director of Sales Development
Molly joined ICI in 2019 and leads the sales development team. She provides critical guidance to expats, nomads, and international citizens in navigating international medical, life, and travel insurance complexities.
Molly excels at engaging with website visitors and callers, offering personalized insurance quotes, and connecting them with the broker on staff for personal assistance. Her strategic approach and prompt responses have significantly contributed to company growth and client satisfaction.
When she’s not in the office, Molly enjoys traveling and spending time as a digital nomad in Scotland.
Nancy Saeteurn, Account Executive
Nancy brings over eight years of experience in the insurtech industry, with a strong focus on travel medical and trip cancellation insurance. Her background includes experience across sales, operations, partner and affiliate support, product, and compliance. This has given her a strategic, end-to-end view of effectively supporting travelers, partners, and clients.
At ICI, Nancy focuses on group travel insurance solutions. She leverages her industry knowledge and strong relationship-building skills to deliver tailored coverage for organizations, teams, and employees. Her ability to connect the dots across business functions helps streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and support the company’s growth. Known for her human-centered approach, Nancy is passionate about helping clients feel confident and cared for, whether navigating complex coverage or simply choosing the right policy.
In her downtime, she loves cooking and spending time with her family – there isn’t much that good food and good company can’t solve. She also enjoys reading and getting lost in books, always wondering what world she’ll travel to next through words.
Dejan Lukic, Insurance Specialist
Dejan is an international insurance expert who joined ICI in 2022. With his insurance license and extensive experience in the private health sector since 2017, Dejan has established himself as a knowledgeable professional in the field. Initially specializing in U.S. health insurance, he decided to broaden his horizons and delve into global insurance. Living as an expatriate in the USA gives him a unique understanding of his clients' needs.
Dejan thrives on building strong relationships with his clients, always going the extra mile to provide them with customized global and travel insurance solutions that cater to their specific needs. With a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, he finds great joy in witnessing the security his services bring to people.
Dejan’s love for his birthplace, Pale, Bosnia, remains strong. He cherishes the opportunity to travel back home whenever possible, reconnecting with his roots and enjoying the beauty of his native land. When he's not immersed in work, you can find Dejan indulging in his love for fishing or simply reveling in the great outdoors, soaking up the tranquility and beauty of nature.
Carolina Wolfe, Insurance Specialist
Carolina is a bilingual licensed broker specializing in health, life, and variable annuities. Originally from Uruguay, she has worked in insurance since 2018 and now focuses on offering her extensive expertise in international health insurance. Carolina's background as an expatriate allows her to understand each client's specific needs and provide them with suitable international coverage.
Apart from her professional pursuits, Carolina is an avid traveler who enjoys immersing herself in different cultures. One of her most cherished experiences was discovering the enchanting Isla Mujeres, Mexico, which she visited to celebrate her college graduation with a B.S. in Communications from Universidad de la República.
Cameron Cross, Insurance Specialist
Cameron is a seasoned health and life insurance expert at ICI. He specializes in providing comprehensive and tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of expatriates, global travelers, and internationally mobile individuals. With deep expertise in navigating complex global insurance policies and regulations, he is dedicated to helping clients make informed financial decisions that ensure their long-term well-being and security.

Will Smith, Insurance Specialist
Will is an experienced insurance professional whose career began in 2010. Growing up near Baton Rouge, he strongly connects to southern Louisiana, where he continues to live and serve the community. A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, Will has built his career around helping individuals and families simplify the often complex world of insurance to meet their unique needs.
When he's not working, Will enjoys spending time with family, tackling DIY projects around the house, hunting, exploring new destinations worldwide, and passionately supporting LSU athletics.
Jason O'Leary, Sales Development Representative
Jason joined ICI in March 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate and SaaS to the Sales Development team. With a passion for building strong, lasting relationships, he takes the time to truly understand client needs and delivers tailored solutions that best fit their goals. His commitment to providing exceptional service ensures that clients receive the support and guidance they need throughout their journey.
Jason is passionate about exploring the cultures and histories of different countries, and he plans to visit even more, building on the nearly dozen experiences he's already had. He enjoys staying active and spends a lot of time outdoors, whether playing golf, walking his dog, or swimming in the ocean.
Chris Geremia, Operations Manager
Chris joined the ICI team in December 2023. His role focuses on developing and implementing new strategies across ICI to foster growth and sustainability.
Chris recently graduated from Boston College's Carroll School of Management with a major in Finance and a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
He has traveled internationally to South America and Europe, focusing on community service projects. He loves spending his free time on the golf course and playing pickleball with friends and family.
Jacqueline Jimenez, Operations Coordinator
Jacqueline joined ICI in September 2021 as a member of the sales development team. She is responsible for aiding in the immediate response and outreach to clients seeking insurance quotes and keeping client information updated and accurate.
Jacqueline recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish.
Andrea Pernia, Sales Development Representative
Andrea joined the ICI team in March 2025. With over five years of experience in the international insurance industry, she brings a strong foundation in client relations, strategic outreach, and cross-cultural communication to the Sales Development team.
Born in Venezuela, she is fluent in English and Spanish, helping her connect to a diverse global clientele. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the world of international insurance with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Andrea is an avid baker, a dedicated bookworm, and a lover of the great outdoors. Most weekends, you can find her exploring national parks, adding to her recipe journal, or curling up with her pup and a good book.
Valentina Thomas, Sales Development Representative
Born and raised in Venezuela, Valentina joined ICI in 2024, bringing with her a deep appreciation for diversity and an adventurous spirit. With three years of expertise in international travel and health insurance, she emerges as a consummate professional, skillfully navigating the complexities of her field to guide current and prospective clients.
Outside of work, Valentina's passions include running, discovering new culinary experiences, and cherishing moments with loved ones, which bring solace and inspiration to her life.
Lucero Vergara, Sales Development Representative
Lucero joined ICI in 2024 and is dedicated to helping expats, nomads, and international citizens find the right international medical, life, and travel insurance. Born and raised in Peru, she brings seven years of insurance industry experience to the team. This includes roles as a Reinsurance Broker at Willis Towers Watson and a Property Underwriter at Chubb Insurance in Peru. These experiences have allowed her to develop her interpersonal and analytical skills, creating a strong foundation for understanding clients' needs and building lasting relationships.
Lucero holds a Dual Master’s Degree in Â鶹´«Ã½AV Marketing and Business Analytics from Hult Â鶹´«Ã½AV Business School in Boston. During her studies, she honed both her creative and analytical skills while collaborating with peers from around the globe, strengthening her adaptability and cross-cultural awareness.
A passionate traveler and language enthusiast, Lucero has explored 25 countries and looks forward to adding more to the list. When she's not working or planning her next trip, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her beloved nephew and niece.
Claudia Contreras, Digital Marketing Associate
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Claudia joined ICI in 2025 with a strong marketing background spanning consumer goods, restaurants, supermarkets, education, and fashion retail. These diverse experiences enhanced her creative and analytical skills, enabling her to craft impactful marketing campaigns. She earned a Master’s in Â鶹´«Ã½AV Marketing and a Dual Master’s in Business Analytics from Hult Â鶹´«Ã½AV Business School in Boston, where she gained global experience working with diverse teams.
Claudia is fluent in Spanish and English and is currently learning Italian and French, aiming to master all four languages within five years. In her free time, she enjoys indoor cycling, creating social media content, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Her most recent adventure took her to Spain, marking her first trip to Europe.
Millie, Barketing Analyst
Millie joined ICI in August 2021 as a Barketing Intern. She is responsible for taste-testing Mackenzie's lunch, office security, and making people happy.
Millie loves collecting sticks outside, eating peanut butter, and playing in the office with her best friend, Molly.
